How It Works

Grace is an AI phone bot who wastes scammers’ time so they can’t waste yours. Here’s how to get started.

Buying credits, step by step

Grace runs on credits, so the first thing you’ll do is add some to your account. Here’s the whole process, step by step:

  1. Click “Buy Credits.” Find the Buy Credits button on the site and click it.
  2. Create your account. If you don’t have one yet, click “Need an account? Sign up,” enter your email address, create a password, and sign in.
  3. Choose your credit package. Pick the amount you want — $10, $25, or $50 — and click it. (For example, $10 gets you 1,000 Grace credits.) Want to never run out mid-call? Turn on Auto-Reload to automatically top up your credits when they run low.
  4. Go to the Stripe checkout. You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe page, which is where your payment is processed.
  5. Enter your info. Type your email into the Contact information box, then pick a payment method — Card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, or Bank — by clicking the circle next to it and filling in the details it asks for.
  6. Save your info (optional). If you’d like Stripe to remember you next time, check “Save my information for faster checkout.” This is completely optional.
  7. Click “Pay.” Hit the blue Pay button at the bottom, and your credits will be added to your account.

Your payment is handled entirely by Stripe, a trusted payment processor, so Grace never sees or stores your card details.

Your own Grace number

Now you’re ready to talk to Grace. Once your credits are purchased, you’ll see a phone number at the top of the Buy Credits page. This is Grace’s phone number — it’s tied to your account and runs off of your credits. Keep it to yourself and don’t share it with anyone, since every call made to it draws from your balance.
