Who is Gracebot?

Grace is an AI scambait bot — a moody, opinionated old lady from Oklahoma with nothing but time and plenty to say. She rambles, forgets, argues, asks to speak to a manager, and starts over. Her one job: keep scammers on the line wasting their day instead of somebody else's.

How do credits work?

Credits are your prepaid balance — one credit is worth one cent. Voice calls with Grace bill by the minute and chat messages bill per message; your balance shows on the Buy Credits page.

How do I buy credits?

Sign in on the Buy Credits page and pick a pack: $10, $25, or $50. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can also turn on auto-reload to top up your balance automatically whenever it runs low.

Do credits expire?

No. Your balance stays on your account until you use it.

What do I do when a scammer calls?

Hand the call to Grace. She'll take it from there.
